Boss Vs Wanna-Be

Wow! I can see that this artist has great vision&rich originality, but also has cheesy technique&poor impact. But with a little hope, a little faith, and someone who belives in this artist, he or she can have floless technique&fluent impact. This is good artwork, but some of the elements don't quite fit in. I think the wanna-be's outtfit is nice, but I think their's too much going on with the boss's outtfit. But on a more positive note, I can tell this artist has a good eye for color. Also, this artist might just have the "it" factor, meaning that this is an interesting work of art.
