My parents left for Mexico last Thursday to be at a wedding which is on Saturday. They left it's better to leave sooner so they won't have to rush. During the week, they just visited my dad's old hometown.
Which means I have the house mostly to myself during the days. My mom was worried that I might get sick. My hypokalemic paralysis is unpredictable and random. So I decide to eat well and LESS junk food. I only eat sandwiches for lunch and Health Choice TV dinners for dinner of course. Not too much soda. Eat lots of fruits like bananas and grapes. Take walks during the day too, because it gets too dark and cold in the evening. It's safer that way. And make sure I take my potassium when I need it.
But last weekend and this coming weekend, I won't be by myself the whole days. I might go see Justice League (I doubt it's THAT bad, since a friend of my chiropractor told me it was really good).
